Tra grammatica e politica: l’uso delle preposizioni v е na davanti al termine Ucraina

This paper analyzes the use of the preposition in that in Ukrainian and Russian can assume the form v or na. In the 20th century the use of both prepositions has assumed political meanings which has diversified the semantics of the expressions na Ukraine and v Ukraine (in Ukraine) and correlates. We aim to show the evolution of meaning of these prepositions, to explain the use of them in Ukrainian and Russian publicist and diplomatic texts, to demonstrate how scholars and publicists motivate the use of v and na and to highlight correlate problems.

Motywacje do nauki języka ukraińskiego wśród studentów filologii rosyjskiej Uniwersytetu Opolskiego zostały zbadane na podstawie przeprowadzonej ankiety. Zadaniem ankietera było określenie, jakie funkcjonuje nastawienie wśród studentów i czy istnieje chęć do nauki języka ukraińskiego. Następnie określono motywacje do nauki tego języka. Badania dowiodły, że studenci wykazują zainteresowanie nauką języka ukraińskiego, jak również wskazują na konkretne motywacje do nauki oraz są skłonni je wprowadzić do procesu przyswajania wiedzy. Vžyvannja form v Ukrajini i na Ukrajini u periodyčnych vydannjach rusyniv Bačky i Sremu u mižvojennyj period

This paper analyzes the use of the preposition u and na in locative constructions with the term Ukraine in the language of Rusyns from Bačka and Syrmia in the 20-30s of the XX century. The following periodicals were taken into consideration: the newspaper “Ruski Novini” of the Rusyns Society for Education and the newspaper “Zarja” and “Kalendar - Zarja” of the Cultural and Educational Union of the Rusyns of Yugoslavia. The use of both prepositions before the specified term is attested, and that is in line with the Ukrainian linguistic tradition. The use of these prepositions in locative constructions with terms Podkarpatska Rus, Karpatska Ukrajina and Hornitsa is also considered.
